Franks & Co are pleased to announce that we have been accepted by the prestigious Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) for pre registration as an IPReg approved and regulated body.
At the time of writing, there are only 12 Patent Attorney / Trade Mark Attorney firms in the United Kingdom who are listed on the IPReg website as having been pre registered for regulation, of which Franks & Co are proud to be included. In the coming months more applications are expected. Applicant firms will need to satisfy the high standards and tough criteria for acceptance for regulation by IPReg, and not all applicants are expected to satisfy those strict criteria.
