Niki is a representative before the UK Patent Office, UK Trade Marks Registry, UK Designs Registry, Community Trade Marks and Designs Office (OHIM), and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
Niki is a senior member of our Formalities department. She handles formal aspects of patents, trade marks, designs and other intellectual property cases as well as the filing and prosecution of trade marks and design cases, renewals and portfolio database maintenance and listings.
Niki is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents (CIPA). She holds the certificate in Patent Administration, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents. She also holds the certificate in Trade Marks Formalities awarded by the I.T.M.A.
Niki has over 7 years experience acting before the UK Patent Office, the UK Trade Marks Registry, the UK Designs Registry, the Community Trade Marks and Designs Office (OHIM), the European Patent Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). She is experienced in all aspects of UK, European, and International patent, trade mark, and design formalities, and has good knowledge of formalities over a range of the most important national intellectual property offices.
