We are pleased to announce that as of January 02, 2009, the patent and trade mark agency practice of TM Gregory & Co and the patent and trade mark agency practice of Franks & Co have joined forces.

The formal title of the Northampton practice is Franks & Co (South) Limited, UK company number 0673173 and the combined practice has decided to trade as Franks & Co (incorporating TM Gregory & Co).

Timothy Gregory (Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, Registered Trade Mark Attorney and European Trade mark Attorney) and Dr. Jonathan Banford (Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, Registered Trade Mark Attorney and European Trade Mark Attorney) continue to run the Northampton office ably assisted by practice manager Louise Mortimer, and will continue to handle existing clients of TM Gregory & Co, as well as new clients from the Northampton office.

We welcome the link up with the established and respected business of TM Gregory & Co as a positive development for clients of both businesses. The Northampton practice will continue to offer the same high quality personalised service as previously, and with the benefit of additional resources and capacity. The Sheffield office will benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience of the TM Gregory & Co practice.  Both practices will benefit from the combined range of technical specialities, combined cumulative experience, and combined geographical footprint.
