Alternative Investment Market (AIM) traded software publisher Net Dimensions Limited, is a Hong Kong based company which provides learning and performance management software used by companies to train their work forces.

Net Dimensions recently reported a drop in profits to $116,000 in spite of growing revenues for the period up to December 31, 2010.
Contributing to the drop in profits was a settlement of a patent infringement case brought against Net Dimensions Limited by Californian group IP Learn LLC.
IP Learn LLC brought actions against Learn.com, Incorporated; Certpoint Systems, Incorporated; Meridian Knowledge Solutions, LLC; Net Dimensions Limited; ND Services Incorporated; Emtrain; HR Smart Incorporated; and Perot Systems Corporation in a Texas Eastern district court in March 2010 for patent infringement.
The case against Net Dimensions Limited was dismissed without prejudice by order on November 08, 2010, with each party bearing its own costs and patent attorney fees.
Net Dimensions Limited did not consider there to be any infringement, but deemed it in the interests of overall shareholder value to settle the dispute quickly.
